# Team mode: Gangs of Trinity

### Play as a team… <a href="#df8d" id="df8d"></a>

Gangs a Trinity is a 2 to 5 players team mode allowing you to team up with friends and start a match together, or to queue solo and be teamed up with other downfallers to play against another team.

### …Win as a team… <a href="#id-53b1" id="id-53b1"></a>

In Gangs of Trinity:

* 12 successive rounds will oppose 2 teams of equal size.
* A team wins a round when every member of the opposite team is killed.
* Teams swap side every 3 rounds
* First team at 6 rounds won wins the game.

The mode introduces a few other new rules:

* Team mates can not kill each other, except using grenades.
* Team mates can see each other on their mini map.
* Team mates can assist each other by damaging the same enemy or participating to the same action.

### … Get rewarded as a team! <a href="#id-8e9d" id="id-8e9d"></a>

In Gangs of Trinity, only the winning team gets rewards, and team members are ranked and rewarded a base reward plus a bonus reward based on their impact on the game.

### How to play Gangs of Trinity <a href="#fff9" id="fff9"></a>

Once patch 1.0.7 is deployed, you will be able to create lobbies by inviting your friends (“GRP” icon) or chat users (right click) in a group.

Once your team is created, the host (group creator) and only him will be able to start a match queue for the whole team. Other members can not create queues.

*Note: A queue confirmation and notification for team members will be added soon, currently team members are not informed that their host is queuing. Communication within the team is key!*

The game will start as soon as the matchmaking system has found an opposing team for you!
